    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: May 16, 2026

WersidePN (the "Service") respects your privacy. This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

    What data we collect

We collect only the minimum necessary data: your email address at registration, payment information (processed by a secure payment gateway — we do not store card details), and technical information (browser language) for proper service operation.

    How we use your data

To provide and maintain the VPN service, to process payments and manage subscriptions, to send notifications about subscription status, and to improve service quality.

    Analytics and cookies

We use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to understand website traffic, traffic sources, and basic page interactions. These services may use cookies and technical browser identifiers. We do not send VPN traffic, visited websites, passwords, card details, or message content to analytics tools.

    No-logs policy

WersidePN does not track, record, or store your internet activity. We do not keep connection logs, visited websites, or transmitted data.

    Third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Limited data may be processed by payment providers, analytics services, and infrastructure providers only to operate the website, process payments, collect statistics, and comply with legal requirements.

    Data security

We use reliable modern encryption to protect your traffic. All data is stored on secure servers.

    Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us via email or through our Telegram bot.

    Contact

For privacy inquiries, contact us via Telegram bot @wersidepn_bot.

    What belongs to the account

Email, Telegram ID, subscription status, support requests and payment technical events are needed to issue access, renew subscription and find payment during disputes.

    What not to send

Do not send card details, one-time banking codes, passwords or full subscription URLs in public chats. ID, email and receipt are usually enough for a check.

    How support works

For connection errors, device, app, network and exact error text are useful. They help separate payment issues from VPN-client or provider issues.
