Refresh the subscription
If the server does not appear, shows timeout or an old profile, refresh the subscription inside the app first. It pulls the current server and expiry.
Choose your device, install a compatible app and add the WersidePN subscription URL. The URL refreshes the profile automatically, so after renewal you usually do not need to copy a new key manually.

When the client has many old or unrelated configurations, the app can choose the wrong profile. Keep the current WersidePN profile and connect through it.
Try another network, disable private DNS and restart the target app after VPN is on. If the error remains, contact support with the client name.
