    What we issue now

    The WersidePN subscription URL contains two Hysteria 2 profiles: primary Germany and fallback Latvia.

    Recommended app

    For iPhone and Android we currently recommend Happ. V2RayTun remains in older guides as a legacy option only.

    Refresh the subscription in the app first, then test the second profile and another network.

    How to understand where the connection fails

    Does the subscription refresh?

    If the server list does not refresh, the issue can be before the VPN server: the network blocks the subscription URL, the app cannot open it or the profile is old.

    VPN connects but sites do not load?

    That is a different case: the tunnel may be up while DNS, route or a specific ISP still interferes with traffic. Test a website, Telegram and YouTube separately.

    Does the error appear instantly?

    Immediate timeout, TLS error or import marks often point to the app, network or blocked profile refresh method rather than the plan itself.

    Quick checklist before connecting

    Split the issue into two steps: whether the subscription refreshes and whether VPN connects.

    If the subscription does not refresh, check link access, network, device date and app version.

    If VPN connects but sites do not open, check DNS, another network and specific services separately.

    If the issue happens only on mobile data, filtering can be on the operator side, not in the app.

    If Wi-Fi works, keep the working profile and contact support with the mobile operator name.

    Do not delete the account or payment: usually the profile or connection method needs updating.
