Telegram ID, account email or order ID is usually enough to find a payment or subscription. Card details, banking one-time codes and passwords are not needed.
If payment succeeded but VPN fails, those are different checks: payment status, subscription expiry, panel client and then app, network and protocol.
A subscription URL is tied to an account. Do not post it in public chats, reviews or screenshots because it contains connection parameters.
