    Help with connection and subscription

    This quick checklist covers common VPN client issues and helps support respond faster if manual checking is needed.

    If VPN does not connect

    refresh the subscription in the app and reconnect

    disable other VPNs, proxies, private DNS and aggressive traffic-saving modes

    try another network: mobile data instead of Wi-Fi or the opposite

    If payment is missing

    wait a few minutes after payment

    reopen the dashboard or bot

    contact support and include the order ID if available

    What support checks first

    Most cases are solved faster when payment, subscription issuing, profile import and VPN traffic are checked separately.

    Whether subscription is active

    Expiry and panel client are checked first. If access is active, the issue can be in the app, network or old profile.

    Whether the profile refreshes

    If the app cannot fetch the subscription URL, VPN can be paid while the user sees an empty profile, timeout or SSL error.

    Whether traffic goes through the tunnel

    When VPN connects but sites do not load, DNS, another network, client mode and specific services like YouTube or Telegram are checked.

    Common questions

    How many devices can I connect?

    One account is designed for several devices within the subscription limit.

    Do I need a new link after renewal?

    Usually no. The subscription URL stays the same while access time updates on the service side.
